This week has been shocking for everyone.. “Depression” – everyone has heard this word and may have used this word in their life..But to let you people know there a bit difference between feeling low and having depression.Therefore, Let’s talk about depression today.
Basically,depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity.
You may notice feeling of dejection,hopelessness and sometimes suicidal thoughts,your self esteem gets lowered and hightened self depreciation.Your appetite may reduce and you may feel loss of sleep.
It is very common in adults and older patients.It can be caused by having a feeling of failure,overthinking,repeated stress,loss of job or losing your loved one,loneliness and many more.
But in a society with full of judgemental people,A person with depression hesitate to accept their condition or to cure it due to social stigma.It is not mental disorder it’s a psychological disorder..
There are plenty of people in this world havibg depression which is very normal.For example,Deepika Padukone – a famous bollywood actress had depression but she fought with it and reached to the great success.. whereas , Sushant singh rajput a very talented actore committed suicide due to depression.. So ,we have to fight with depression any how to save our lives..
Here,I am sharing some treatment methods to cure depression..
-Firstly,Please visit your doctor when you feel any symptoms like lack of sleep,loss of appetite etc..
-If you are feeling low please share your thoughts with anyone,even you can write in your book also.
-Try to connect to people instead of being an introvert.
- Do exercises regularly.
- Try to do meditation to feel the peace and to provide the food to your soul.
- Do whatever makes you happy..
All these things may make you think that how this can help to cure depression.But, it plays a major role indeed.
Shaheen bhatt, Author of the book named “I have never been (Un)happier” has talked about her battle with depression and her thoughts in the book.
